In-App Balance

Your in-app balance is the SOL held in your PVPChess account after you deposit from a linked wallet. It is displayed in USD for convenience and backed by the corresponding SOL amount on our ledger.

Connect one Solana wallet per account and deposit SOL through the in-app deposit flow. Deposits credit your balance once the transaction confirms on the network configured for your environment.

We recommend keeping enough balance to cover your chosen stake tier plus a small reserve so matchmaking and staking do not fail mid-session.

When a staked game starts, each player's stake is reserved from their in-app balance and moved to escrow. Stakes lock at the USD tier you selected using the SOL price at game start.

You do not need to approve a wallet transaction for every game once funds are deposited.

Winning players receive 95% of the pot to their in-app balance after post-game review completes. Draws return the split pot minus the platform fee.

Withdrawals send SOL from your in-app balance back to your linked wallet. Processing times depend on network conditions.

PVPChess charges a 5% fee on the total pot for each settled staked game. USD values shown in the app are estimates based on current SOL pricing and may fluctuate until a stake locks.
